1. Apply

The application process is designed to be hassle-free, allowing new agents to start earning as quickly as possible. We’ve eliminated the traditional use of resumes and interviews, so potential team members can simply fill out the application form to gain immediate access to the new agent orientation guide.

This guide provides essential information about work-from-home opportunities and walks candidates through the registration process for the agent portal.

2. Learn

Once the agent portal registration process is completed, new agents will need to undertake a brief skills assessment. Upon passing, they will gain access to a diverse range of clients to choose from. Following this, a background check will be conducted, and candidates will participate in the Certified Customer Support Professional (CSP) program to receive certification. This streamlined process ensures that agents are well-prepared to excel in their roles.
