Agents must legally reside in the United States and be 18 years or older to work with us. They can provide your services from anywhere that is open to new applications. If they move, they are able to bring their work with them!

Compensation is entirely flexible and based on personal effort and choice. Agents have the freedom to select clients that best match their goals—whether prioritizing higher compensation, 24/7 availability, or simpler tasks with lower hourly rates. With full control over scheduling, the decision of when and how much to work is completely in the hands of each professional.
Team members have earned up to $1600+ bi-weekly, demonstrating the earning potential available for those seeking to maximize their income.
We have a low flat service fee is $49.99 per invoice which includes the $19.75 fee Arise charges. Paydays fall on the 1st and 15th of the month.
Our low, flat service fee ensures access to full support—whether just getting started, during the certification process, or throughout the journey. The focus is on providing ongoing assistance to ensure success every step of the way.
As an independent contractor, responsibility for managing taxes falls on the individual. No taxes are withheld on behalf of contractors, and a 1099 form is issued at year-end for earnings exceeding $600.
Additionally, independent contractors are not eligible for unemployment benefits, overtime, or traditional employee benefits.
The onboarding process can be completed in as little as 24 hours. After registration and the skill assessment, agents select a client certification course. On average, classes begin within 30 days or sooner, with course durations ranging from 3 to 30 days. Once certification is achieved, work can start immediately. Depending on the timing of class selection, the first deposit can be expected within 1 to 2 months.
As self-employed professionals, agents have full control over when and how much to work. Client contracts can be chosen based on individual preferences, whether seeking daytime hours or 24/7 availability, to match specific needs and schedules.
